The Harney Soil & Water Conservation District is accepting bids on two juniper control projects, located about 70 miles from Burns, OR.  There is a mandatory bid tour departing the SWCD office at 9 am on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.  A company representative must be present for the tour.  Bids are due (hand deliver or email) no later than Thursday, August 20th at 4:30 pm.  Information and bid packets can be found on our website (harneyswcd.org) or at our office, 530 Hwy 20 S, Hines.
