Project #1:  The Harney Soil and Water Conservation District is accepting bids on a right-of-way clearing project located near the Telephone Fire of 2024.  The SWCD proposes a total of 14.05 miles of fence building, broken down into 3 different bid packets. There is a mandatory bid meeting beginning at 8:00 am on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at the SWCD office. A representative from your company must be present in person on the bid tour. Bids are due either by hand delivery or by email no later than July 21, 2026 at 12:00 pm.  All work must be started after clearing is completed, approximately October 1, 2026, and completed by December 31, 2026. More information and bid packets can be obtained at the HSWCD office located at 530 Highway 20 S., Hines.

There is a mandatory bid meeting beginning at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at the SWCD office. A representative from your company must be present in person on the bid tour. Bids are due either by hand delivery or by email no later than July 21, 2026, at 12:00 pm.  All work must be started after July 27, 2026, and completed by September 30, 2026. More information and bid packets can be obtained at the HSWCD office located at 530 Highway 20 S., Hines.
