The Harney Soil & Water Conservation District is soliciting bids on a hazardous tree removal post-Telephone Fire.  This will be for 16 units totalling 190.44 acres.  There will be a bid tour meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the USDA Service Center located at 530 Hwy 20 S. in Hines at 8:30 am.  A representative from your company must be present at the meeting to submit a bid.  

The deadline for submitting a completed bid packet is Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at noon.  Bids may be submitted in person or electronically at admin@harneyswcd.net
