The Harney Soil & Water Conservation District is seeking bids on a 356-acre juniper removal project approximately 50 miles from Burns in NE Harney County.  There will be a bid tour held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, departing the HSWCD office at 8 am.  The tour will take about five hours.  An off-road vehicle is recommended.  A representative from your company must be present for the bid tour.

Bid packets can be found below, or contact our office located at 530 Hwy 20 S., in Hines.  Completed packets must be turned in to the HSWCD office (either hand-delivered or emailed) no later than Friday, August 21, 2026, at noon.
