The Harney Soil and Water Conservation District is accepting bids on a spring protection fence enclosure project. The project will include the removal of existing fencing and the installation of heavy replacement pipe fencing, wire fence, and 2 gates.  The location will be at Beattys Butte.

There will be a mandatory bid tour on Wednesday, July 8th  at the HSWCD office located at 530 Hwy 20 S. in Hines, beginning at 7:30 am.  A representative from your company must be present for the tour.  Bids are due by hand delivery or email by Friday, July 17th at 4 pm.
