Priscilla comes from five generations of Oregonians, moving to Burns in 2022. For the past eight years, Priscilla developed the funding program for the Oregon Outdoor School Program at Oregon State University. Before OSU, Priscilla worked in Crook County collaborating, developing projects, and advocating for ranchers and farmers. She is excited to be back to her roots, supporting the agriculture community as the Local Implementation Team (LIT) Coordinator for Harney County Soil and Water Conservation District.
