Ducks Unlimited and the Harney Soil & Water Conservation District are accepting bids for construction of a new concrete water control structure east of Burns, Oregon. A mandatory bid tour meeting will be held at the job site at 4:00 PM on September 10th and 4:00 PM on September 14th. A company representative must be present on the tour to submit a bid on each project. The submitted bid is due at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 23.
