1) The Harney Soil & Water Conservation District will be receiving bids for the post Porcupine Fire reseeding project.  Reseeding must be done aerially and completed this winter, prior to the 2026 growing season, to prevent invasive species.  Bid packet with details can be found below:

 2) HSWCD will receive bids on Cherry Creek Spring repair and development of a new spring.  Bid specs and a bid sheet can be found below.  There is a mandatory bid tour that will take place December 4, 2025, departing from our office at 8:30 am.  A representative from your company must be present.

 3) The Harney Soil and Water Conservation District is accepting bids on a juniper treatment project located near Drewsey, Oregon.  The SWCD proposes 300 acres of juniper cut. The juniper are in phase 1-3 and need to be cut, bucked, and machine or hand piled. There is a mandatory bid tour beginning at 8:30 am on Thursday December 04, 2025 at the SWCD office. A representative from your company must be present in person on the bid tour. Bids are due either by hand delivery or by email no later than December 10, 2025 at 5:00pm.
