The Harney CWMA is sponsoring the City-Wide Weed Wipeout. We are now accepting Cooperative Agreements for any commercial landowners interested in having their weeds treated by a licensed applicator. Anyone who owns a commercial lot in or around Burns and Hines is eligible for this program.

The licensed applicator will be using a chemical that treats a large range of broad-leaf and grassy weeds and is labeled for the site's use.

What: City Wide Weedy Project
When: Mid-June
Cost: $50.00 per lot. (under 1 acre)

To participate in this project, you will need to sign and return a Cooperative Agreement before June 5th, 2026. Contact the Harney Cooperative Management Area at the Harney SWCD office for more information @ 541-573-6446.
