Description
The Harney Soil & Water Conservation District is seeking bid proposals for the replacement of a spring box, placement of 3 tire troughs, a holding tank, and solar pump system. The pump will be designed to pump out of the first trough to the holding tank approximately 830 feet, with a gain of approximately 50 feet in elevation. Two additional troughs will be gravity fed from the holding tank at a maximum distance of 2600 feet. The location is 67 miles from Burns, Oregon, in a remote location.
There is a mandatory bid tour to be held on November 5th, 2021 @ 9:00 am, and departing from the Harney SWCD office located at 530 Hwy 20 South, Hines OR. Contractors are required to meet all Oregon public contracting laws, maintain a $2.0 million dollar general liability insurance policy, and be licensed to conduct business in Oregon. Bids are due November 10th, 2021, by 4:30 p.m. via US mail or hand delivery only. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
