| The Harney County Weed Management Agency is seeking bids for an herbicide treatment for Spotted Knapweed and Scotch Thistle. A bid tour will take place on Thursday, May 18, 2023, departing from the HSWCD office located at 530 Hwy. 20 South in Hines. Expect the tour to last approximately 4 hours.
