The Division 512 update will follow the framework outlined in OAR-690-010 to designate a CGWA. The Department also plans to classify the Harney basin to allow exempt uses only.
Documents for the meeting can be found on the Division 512 page under “Rules Advisory Committee Meeting #4.”
OWRD Invites the public to attend. Public comments will be taken during a 30 minute period at the end of the meetings.
