Private landowners are invited to a Harney Irrigation Meeting which will be held at the Historic Central Hotel on Thursday, November 30th beginning at 6 pm. Dinner will be provided following a presentation by the Oregon Water Resources Department. Kelly Meinz, Ivan Gall, and Jason Spriet will be speaking about Division 512, which involves water use and governance and the CREP program, the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) partnership with private landowners, providing financial compensation for conservation efforts.
